Stock Fuel Rails, why they don’t keep up

I done the cradle lock out on mine and just done one side at the time just to keep from getting a alignment issue.Thats what I'm thinking of doing it just drop the cradle down and just reinstall trying to get it more in the center....my car has stock axle's could it be the cv joint's? it seems like the noise is on the passenger side close to the diff

I have 3.09 diff and renegade axle's ordered anyway...may as well replace driveshaft. But I hate to replace something and still have the problem. I was wanting to go to 3.09 anyway so that dont bother me and may as well upgrade the axle's. I guess another driveshaft....I'm going with the redeye stock driveshaft

Could be, idk. It’s hard chasing down vibration issues
yeah it's kinda getting on my nerve's and I cant do as much as I use to back when I was 40 or 50 yrs. old that dont help.

Ize em call dem Fool's Rails. I have mentined dis befoe and earth mentioned again. Befoe 1,500 miles, waranty issues. Nordurn engineer came down from NJ in Janurary, imagine tat, world famous grouper sammy witch capital, Clw, Fl. Damn cool up younder. Fool's rails. I had mine replaced 3 times, cad lytick perverters wit fools pumps, ect replaced. Ta engineer came down frum factory to seez why?? He had Suncoast Deearla Shit Seminole, Fl, Dave 17 year mon on HCs, Demons, Viperized, different story Linder, wock on itster. Wit tha tela communicater frum da factory 2 finder out WHY. Not a conclushion to beez delivered 2 wa as 2 why. Am still won der ing,, WHY. No report tuz me. Did find out #2 fuel pump waz snot wurkin. Had itster replaced unda waranty, all repairs dun by Dave unda waranty. Added K & N arr fer da 12 HP, ran um befoe on Z28 and 2 ez um Vettes. Putster oiler watah seper ator, had engine and ass cesories2 , cali purrs painted red, 3rd time indy pendent painturds, resturds all stock. 15,000 on er wit da same tares. Vary littler burn outs and 0 trips except ass spect tator to da track. 95% wurk dun bi da dealer shitster. All er documented. It's fer sale. 1 owner, ordered thru dealuship, neva bean red lined, break inn 2 Atlanta and back unda 55 mph, bester break inner evah dun wit a new car. Intarior spotless, black letha, swade, garage kept, satin black exterior wit all da extras dun by factory or me. Attempting to return retro fittster back to da 70s. Glass slats on sides and back winders all lacking is da shager hood. All new beez hood. $2,300 hundered unpainted fer you'll deez ire. Frunt and raplaced 3 times, 1 by dealer, 2 times bi Calibers Largo, Fl Att; Chris. Best offer. Going 2 try out uttah vehicle. Tits best kept secret. Buyers are sniffin.

really interested in a clutched pulley for the whipple, I assume your testing one of these for them.
Finally installed the clutched pulley for the Whipple, but not on my 3.0, on a new Gen 6 3.8 :)

First hurdle, stock fuel rails do not fit on the 3.8, there’s no mounting points for them provided :(

Whipple cut me a GREAT deal on the Fuel Rail kit for it, THANK YOU Whipple!!
NICE kit, much nicer then Fore kits I have seen IMG_8059.png

On to see if the 3.8 will fit under the stock 16 hood. Some readings on the internet say it won’t .

Before we get too far first need to know how engine is doing. Spark plug check and leak down test.
Spark plugs, not bad looking for about 5000 miles, these are the same plugs I started the engine up on.

For re-install Reducing gap from .023” down to .018” as planning on just a tad more boost :)

Next hurdle, without spacers blower snout is hitting block keeping it from mating to heads and sealing on gaskets. Good thing in look for this stuff. Hard to see it, I wonder how many are going to get tightened down without seeing this and have intake leaks and stress out into the blower housing!??

Ditch the hex head bolts for the rails. 1st time you need to take them off you will wish you did. I went with same style small head bolt you told me to use for the blower itself. I can use a ratcheting wrench now for the rails

Yes, I emailed them pictures, snout on the 3.8 is a little different, it’s got just a tad bigger inlet area.
