Upgrade 2.85 to 2.75 Metco SC Pulley

Hello all,

Considering going from a 2.85 to a 2.75 SC pulley. On the Hellcat. I am running dual fuel pumps and Demon injectors on 93 octane with Boostane.

Should I increase injectors size or am I good?

Also what size green belt do I need for the 2.75?

I will get the tune modified by @Jon-MooredPerformanceLLC if course.

I’m doing this right now with him. You need the K100572HD belt. I have ID 1050x injectors and he told me they are plenty, not sure on stock demon injectors. Because I have a 426, this will put me back at ~15 PSI, so the lowest I can pulley and still run 93 pump.

*I have a griptech pulley, not a metco* I think the belt is the same but someone will correct me if not.

Just texted Jon. Buying Hellcat 1000cc injectors. I ordered the pulley and I have the belt.

Awesome. Let me know what you think when you get it installed and I'll do the same when I get my new belt on tomorrow (forgot I have the stock belt, it was slipping). Jon says it's definitely a noticeable difference.
